With 35 years of teaching experience, I am a historian dedicated to researching and preserving the rich heritage of the region. I hold both a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from Tribhuvan University, where I also had the honor of serving as Head of the Central Department of History.

My academic work focuses primarily on Trans-Himalayan studies as well as social, ethnic, and religious history. Over the course of my career as a researcher and author, I have presented at numerous national and international conferences, published several books, and authored more than five dozen peer-reviewed articles in leading journals worldwide.

 

I hold both a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from Tribhuvan University, Nepal
